Pacific Northwest Business Consultants, Inc. (aka: PNWBC) was started in 2005 as Pacific Northwest Business Consultants, LLC by Richard L. Rose. It was Rich’s vision of providing a medium and assist in facilitating the success of tribal operations that made this company successful. Just in October, 2008, Pacific Northwest Business Consultants incorporated which provides a perfect vehicle for PNWBC Consultants to effectively reach their audiences and provide services.

PNWBC has successfully assisted in obtaining additional funds for Northwest tribes for health and other services and construction well in excess of $38 million in the last four years. The primary principle we have is to ensure that tribes benefiting from grants and contracts are not compromised in performing the tribal mission. In other words, tribes do not need to change their vision and mission to acquire funding that, quite frankly, should be provided without a competitive process.
